ABOUT ME

I am Ilaria Graziadio.  I currently live and work in Milan, Italy.
I graduated in Art Direction from Istituto Europeo di Design in 2011
and immediately went to work for an advertising company.

After two years experience as an art director I started working as an account executive in a small communication studio based in Milan,
I act as the direct link between the agency and the existing client, managing day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Now I’m account executive and digital project manager at Imille (Creativy Agency for Emerging Media).

What separates my work from a lot of others is that I am able to combine management and art direction.

THAT’S ME

ACCOUNTING

I’m responsible for maintenance of the communication on a daily basis between the client and internal teams working on the interactive processing.

CREATIVE SUPERVISOR

Lead a creative team, listening skills, strong persuasion and presentation skills, and the ability to give creative direction and follow projects to completion.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including proposals, project delivery and project close out / handover.

ART DIRECTION

Idealisation and realisation of ATL and BTL communication projects, web design, social trends analysis, concept video and creative supervision of external suppliers.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact, involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions.
